Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated Sales Associates to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidates will deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

The Sales Associate will engage in various retail tasks, including handling cash transactions, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and executing opening and closing procedures as required.

This role may also involve preparing and serving food items at locations where applicable.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Maintain high standards of guest service, product knowledge, and overall service excellence.
  • Assist in receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Identify and report opportunities for merchandising and operational improvements to management.
  • Ensure the store's interior and exterior are kept to company cleanliness standards.
  • Collaborate with management to understand and implement proper food preparation and storage protocols.
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Safely operate store equipment.
  • Handle cash register operations and ensure cash accountability.
  • Complete necessary paperwork, including price adjustments and inventory transfers, as directed.
  • Be adaptable to changing business needs and responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic math and reading skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to interact positively with colleagues.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in food service or retail environments.
  • Achieving level 1 ServSafe Certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Walking, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., pushing and pulling, climbing, bending, squatting, reaching, and exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions.
