Real Estate Sales Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team at Century 21 DeAnna Realty. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for working with buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth and successful real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine the buyer's wants and needs, and provide expert guidance on the current market conditions and trends.
  • Set up property searches and find available homes to view, and assist buyers with obtaining financing.
  • Help coordinate home inspections, repair requests, and appraisals, and determine the value of a home by analyzing recent sales and listings in the area.
  • Work with sellers to determine the value of their home, and create a marketing plan to attract potential buyers.
  • Host open houses and property tours, and negotiate offers and buyer repair requests.
  • Coordinate closing with the title company and other parties in the transaction.
Qualifications:
  • An Ohio real estate license is required, and we can assist you in selecting a school that suits your needs.
  • Good self-discipline and organizational skills are essential, as well as an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Top agents have great communication skills, and a sales background is helpful but not required.
Compensation:

$80,000+ commission-based pay, with generous commission splits and commission caps.
