We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist II to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team at the University of Maryland Medical System. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advanced physical therapy services to patients with functional limitations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to establish treatment goals and plans
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Provide physical therapy services to inpatients and outpatients, including direct patient care and non-direct patient care activities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and suggest improvements to enhance patient care
  • Engage in and present in-service training programs to maintain licensure and enhance clinical expertise

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
