Job Summary:

The Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, researching and resolving inventory discrepancies, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to the correct place, time, and quantity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Count and reconcile in-house and off-site supplier inventory.
  • Manage internal production planning, including work orders, production schedules, and sales change materials management.
  • Research and resolve inventory errors, communicating findings through corrective action forms.
  • Conduct monthly audits of bill of materials, back flush deduction, and location maintenance.
  • Manage end-of-life part maintenance and disposition.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify inventory issues.
  • Partner with internal and external customers to ensure timely and satisfactory results.

Requirements:

  • At least six months of applicable position experience or an evaluated equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in shipping and receiving materials or products.
  • Order Picker/Swing Reach experience.
  • Experience in a high-volume warehouse or a related area.

  • External Contacts: Limited external contact to gather information, answer queries, or ask assistance.
  • Communication Skills: Read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Working Conditions:

  • Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, hearing, talking, visual, and typing.
