Position Overview

EXPAND YOUR CAREER IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT

ROLE SUMMARY: Engage with clients through various communication channels including phone calls and chat/email. Provide assistance to customers regarding inquiries related to products and services in the travel sector, encompassing transportation and accommodation.

COMPENSATION: $16.50-$18/hour

TRAINING PROGRAM: Comprehensive training lasting 7 weeks, scheduled Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.

WORK SCHEDULE: Flexible shifts available, including Day, Mid-Day, and Overnight options.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Direct hire with no contracts (benefits provided from the first day).
