Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

At Senior Lifestyle, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output
  • Recognize and report abnormal changes in body functioning to a supervisor
  • Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living
  • Transfer, position, and turn residents as needed
  • Provide skin care to residents and contribute to their assessment and plan of care
  • Follow the schedule of resident needs set out by a supervisor
  • Provide emotional and social support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Respect and encourage residents' confidentiality and autonomy
Qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training
  • Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties and communicate with colleagues
