Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Senior Lifestyle. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
  • Recognize and report abnormal changes in body functioning to a supervisor.
  • Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
  • Transfer, position, and turn residents safely and efficiently.
  • Provide skin care and promote wound healing.
  • Contribute to the resident's assessment and plan of care.
  • Provide emotional and social support to residents, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
  • Promote and protect resident rights, ensuring their dignity and respect are maintained at all times.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training.
  • Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties and communicate with colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills.
