Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Systems Designer IV - Curriculum Delivery Manager to join our team at Olgoonik Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of training programs, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve the full cycle of training from development to delivery and long-term field support
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, multimedia specialists, and instructional designers to design and develop student materials and instructional content
  • Manage large projects with multiple stakeholders and ensure that training development and internal procedures support and apply FLETA standards
  • Develop and implement analysis tools and reporting systems to track training metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide technical assistance and support to instructors and training teams

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in adult learning, education, instructional design, instructional technology, or curriculum development
  • Masters degree or eight (8) years' equivalent experience in instructional design, instructional technology, organizational development, or educational psychology
  • At least seven (7) years of experience managing training development efforts in a technical training environment
  • At least one year of supporting US government training efforts required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience working with instructional Systems Design models
  • Demonstrated experience with computer-based instruction design concepts and practices
  • Knowledge of SCORM and 508 compliance
  • Excellent people and organizational skills
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and design skills to develop training course materials

Security Clearance:

Must be a U.S. citizen and possess or be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance (A TOP SECRET clearance may be required)


Work Environment:

Office environment with occasional local travel required
