Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Systems Designer IV to join our team at Olgoonik Corporation. As a key member of our Training Management System (TMS) team, you will be responsible for designing and developing training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to design and develop training programs that meet FLETA standards
  • Manage large-scale training projects, including course development, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Work closely with the TMS Management Team to ensure system security functions, access controls, and permissions are in place
  • Coordinate with the FASTC Registrar for course listings and registration procedures
  • Provide ongoing support for FLETA documentation and ensure training development and internal procedures apply FLETA standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in adult learning, education, instructional design, instructional technology, or curriculum development
  • At least five years of experience managing training development efforts and three years of experience in developing distributed learning
  • Specialized knowledge or professional experience in instructional systems design, education and adult learning principles, cooperative learning, programming and authoring tools, graphic arts and media design, and educational product evaluation
  • Demonstrated experience working with the Instructional Systems Design models, computer-based instruction design concepts and practices, and distributed learning and multimedia insertion
  • Knowledge of SCORM and 508 compliance
