Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Administrator to join our team at Universal Data Inc. As a Site Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the exceptional happiness of our clients by providing top-notch support and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated onsite Helpdesk Tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Delight our clients with a friendly, quick, and helpful experience, providing on-site troubleshooting, installation, and removal of equipment.
  • Manage and record all work through our Ticketing System, ensuring that client documentation is well-maintained and client inventory is up-to-date.
  • Split tickets that have multiple issues into individual tickets and ensure that tickets are not stale throughout the process.
  • Communicate with clients regarding the status of their tickets, notify them of any changes or outages, and submit timesheets and expense reports as required.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate potential risks to the team leads and clients.
Requirements
  • Must possess current entry-level certification or greater, such as Sec+ or Net+.
  • A love of solving problems and challenges, with great communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services, as well as operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.
  • Diagnosis skills of technical issues related to end-user hardware and software and network devices.
  • Experience and understanding of structured cabling, tidy cable management, and experience installing and maintaining networking and VoIP equipment.
  • Experience working with vendors for expedited troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
  • A deep desire to deliver an amazing client experience and knowledge of IT applications, software, and hardware.
  • The ability to keep up with and adapt to the fast-paced IT world and experience working either on a Helpdesk or for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) / IT Support Business.

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and drive.
  • The employee must be able to lift parcels weighing up to 100 pounds.
Work Environment

A majority of the work will be performed at client locations, which may vary in terms of quality of workspace.
