Job Summary:

CoSolutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Operations Specialist to join our team in New Orleans, LA. As a key member of our enterprise-wide team, you will be responsible for performing network operations and engineering support for a broad range of programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate infrastructure repairs, including directing remote activities to ensure continuity for service delivery.
  • Review root cause analysis documentation to address performance management and incident correlation issues.
  • Work within the DevSecOps methodology to plan and support implementation of new technologies.
  • Prepare recommendations for resolutions to NetOps challenges based on monitoring results, tools analysis, and/or forensics.
  • Assist the Cyber Team employ approved defense-in-depth principles and practices.
  • Assist with the collection of intrusion artifacts and use discovered data to enable mitigation of potential computer network defense (CND) incidents within the enterprise.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience working within Network Administration and Information Technology.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field.
  • Clearance: Secret.
  • Certifications: Active IAT II Security + ce AND CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator) AND CASP+.
  • Highly Desired Additional Certifications include: a CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching, CISCO Certified Design Professional (CCDP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
