Director of National Accounts

Executive Decisions LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our national accounts team. As a key member of our executive search firm, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships with major office supply organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at top office supply retailers, including Staples, Office Depot, Grainger, and Wayfair.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to identify opportunities and drive strategic initiatives that increase sales and market share.
  • Collaborate with account sales teams to spec in products for large contract RFPs and launch new products with category management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with our executive search team to identify and recruit top talent for our clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and eCommerce platforms, with experience utilizing data analytics tools to inform sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
