Job Description

This role involves supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) with a focus on managing program priorities, process improvements, projects, and procedures. The ideal candidate will work closely with program leadership, customer leadership, and IT service providers.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage program priorities, process improvements, projects, and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with program leadership, customer leadership, and IT service providers.
  3. Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and report status.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
  5. Ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in program management or a related field.
  • Master's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a team environment within a professional office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
