Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our Customer Engineering and Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate extensive scheduling and calendar management
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Filter and manage internal and external commitments
  • Coordinate special projects, including offsites, team-building activities, and all-staff meetings
  • Identify opportunities to streamline efforts and improve processes, including budget coordination
  • Submit and maintain expense reports
  • Attend staff meetings and capture key outcomes and actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Administrative and Executive Assistants and provide backup for vacation/illness

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or 4-6 years of senior administrative experience; experience supporting a human resources organization a plus
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and work effectively with minimal direction
  • Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing global environment
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlines with little direction
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business acumen, and timely follow-through
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Handles confidential information with integrity and exercises discretion
  • Confidence and strong decision-making skills
  • Proven mastery of MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel; proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
  • Eagerness to build a network with other executive assistants at Adobe and cooperate as a team
  • Ability to travel occasionally to provide support at events/conferences

Compensation:

The U.S. pay range for this position is $66,300 - $142,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
