Job Summary

Piedmont Advantage Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our Greensboro location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing the operations of the branch, ensuring it meets organizational financial, operational, service, and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Underwrite consumer loans up to the assigned amount, review and approve underwriting decisions of subordinate personnel.
  • Direct, develop, motivate, hire, and discipline branch personnel, administer performance evaluations, and recommend personnel actions.
  • Monitor branch operating results, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain effective communication with the main office, prepare and submit standard reports, and attend scheduled management meetings.
  • Represent the branch in its relationships with members, sponsor organizations, suppliers, other financial institutions, and similar groups.
  • Ensure branch activities comply with established credit union policies and procedures.
  • Control past due and charged-off accounts for the branch.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience.
  • A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, influence, and train others.
