The Chateau Girardeau is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join its leadership team. This key position is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and direction to the organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to establish financial goals, plans, and policies.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, including a five-year plan.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and banking relationships.
- Oversee the accounting function, including accounts payable/receivable, billing, general ledger, financial statements, reconciliations, and financial controls.
This is a full-time, salaried position with expected hours of work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with at least five years of experience in a similar role. Healthcare and/or long-term care financial experience is highly desirable.
