Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Chief Nursing Officer in developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other administrative personnel, physicians, and staff to enhance communication and improve processes
  • Ensure efficient utilization of resources and meet productivity and financial goals
  • Meet customer service satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a BSN preferred
  • Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
  • Minimum three years nursing experience with previous leadership/management experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
