Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Telemetry PCU team in College Station, Texas.

As a Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Telemetry PCU unit. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current and valid RN license
  • BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
