Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Telemetry PCU team in College Station, Texas.
Job SummaryAs a Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Telemetry PCU unit. Your duties will include conducting thorough clinical assessments, prioritizing patient needs, creating and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient responses.
Responsibilities- Conduct detailed clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Prioritize patient needs and manage care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and procedures to deliver high-quality care.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive work environment.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and valid nursing license.
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
