About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Telemetry PCU unit. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying health issues and creating effective care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to prioritize patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary
- Provide education to patients, families, and healthcare staff to promote health and wellness
- Delegate tasks effectively and follow up promptly to ensure seamless care delivery
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address patient concerns and resolve issues
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current and valid nursing license
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role
