Position Overview:
Phaxis is looking for a knowledgeable Senior Futures Clearance and Operations Specialist to enhance our Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of futures clearance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all futures clearance operations at prominent exchanges, including CME, CFTC, and CBT, as well as through the firm's international FCM clearing broker.
  • Conduct reconciliations, including point balance, customer segregated and secured cash balancing, and house account balancing.
  • Reconcile, update, and adjust positions at the exchanges to guarantee precision and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate reporting by keeping the Futures Master current in FIS GMI.
  • Monitor and report on First Notice Day (FND) Long Trader positions quarterly.
  • Collaborate with the front office and parent company to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to clearance.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Options Clearance and general Operations, with a strong emphasis on futures clearance.

Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
