Sales and Administrative Coordinator

We are currently hiring a Contract Sales Support Specialist for our Elmhurst, NY office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills, and have previous experience in sales administration.
Job Responsibilities- Communicate customer and vendor order changes with the Account Manager
- Maintain customer portal and quarterly program review support
- Enter customer quotes into the CFC database
- Expedite existing open vendor purchase orders and record vendor feedback
- Manage kits by grouping components into a single kit
- Work on open orders/shortages in Excel weekly and send to customers
- Support the Account Manager with open order reports
- Record customer feedback in SO line notes
- Responsible for Sales Order entry in the CFC database
- Process program billings and consolidated invoices
- Update contract pricing for programs and conduct contract reviews
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Data entry experience
- Order entry knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's)
- Able to take an Excel assessment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Prior sales administration experience
