Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front office of the facility
  • Greet clients as they enter the facility
  • Oversee scheduling of all appointments
  • Assist with medical records filing, transcription, and transfer
  • Perform basic clerical duties including answering phones, mailing, administrative filing, copying, faxing, and typing
  • Purchase office and client supplies
  • Assist with intake process and billing sheets
  • Maintain office equipment and handle petty cash

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in administrative functions preferred
  • Experience within the behavioral healthcare field preferred

Compensation:

The salary for this role is $15 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and growth within the company.
