Senior Event Production Manager

As a Senior Event Production Manager, you will be an expert in event production and will be responsible for managing and training new Producers. You will also be responsible for managing and producing events, which includes developing a technical plan that best supports client needs, sourcing and managing vendors and contractors, creating and managing all aspects of production to best support event and attendee experience, and maintaining point of communication between all vendors, crew, and support staff. You will also work with the Creative Team to provide creative concepts for set design, show flow, visual imagery, content, and event theme, and integrate with the Creative Team to produce creative collateral assets and fabricated elements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent applicable experience, 7+ years of experience producing live events, and a strong understanding of the journey of the attendee from invite, arrival, event, and post-event. They will also have strong customer service skills, the ability to effectively communicate with various levels of managers and clients, and experience in developing show flows, sourcing speakers and entertainment. Additionally, they will be confident in leading a team to solve creative challenges and be solutions-oriented, and have experience producing virtual events to include Zoom and Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will also have strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills, be able to excel under pressure and tight deadlines, and have proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Design Suite, and Keynote.
Preferred qualifications include experience working in VMix virtual event platform or similar, experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator, and Meeting & Event Coordinator or Project Manager experience. Vectorworks or Cinema 4D experience is also a plus, and experience in creative collateral trafficking and managing production of creative assets is highly desirable.
