Senior Product Manager, Payments

At Sony Interactive Entertainment America, we're looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our Platform Strategy, Monetization and Services - Payments team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and scaling payment products, modernizing the platform, and driving improvements in payment processing while maintaining compliance across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision and drive the roadmap for our payment products
- Internalize and represent Voice of The Customer throughout the product lifecycle
- Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform success of each release and plan iterations accordingly
- Translate market trends into a compelling product direction and vision
- Drive end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic and complex cross-regional, cross-functional initiatives with multi-level dependencies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience with software development and delivery at scale
- Bachelor's degree, technical education and/or work experience in the technical domain
- Consistent track record of delivering products to market, collecting and incorporating user feedback into future iterations
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and an ability to understand technology, designs, challenges and risks
- Proven understanding of software lifecycle, release processes, and iterative development practices

- Strong decision-making skills
- Experience in initiating and driving process improvements
- Excel in conflict resolution, collaboration, and people management
- Expertise with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, ProdPad, Trello, Google Drive, and Microsoft Teams, etc.)
