As a Sales Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, finalize profitable sales transactions, and manage incoming orders effectively.

This role entails evaluating received orders to ensure that customer requirements are satisfied, maintaining commitments regarding product delivery and necessary information, and ensuring clear communication with both customers and team members involved in fulfilling the orders.


Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell products and services, propose additional and upsell options that may enhance the customer experience, and recommend alternative solutions when a requested product is unavailable.

Conduct sales activities in a professional and ethical manner that positively reflects on both the salesperson and the organization.

Collaborate with branch staff to provide competitive pricing.

Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent educational background (GED) is required. Previous sales experience and/or training is preferred; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
