Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team at iT Resource Solutions,inc. As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, fulfilling orders, and ensuring effective workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with processes and procedures.
  • Manage the receipt of inventory, including receiving product and inputting inventory data into the ERP system.
  • Organize and maintain all inventory-related documentation, including records of inventory movements and discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality, and Executive Committee, to ensure inventory fulfillment needs are met.
  • Participate in continuous quality and performance improvement activities to enhance operational processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory activity in Netsuite ERP System, including packaging and shipping product to replenish internal and field inventory needs.
  • Complete weekly restock orders and fulfill, package, ship, and reconcile Loaners.
  • Clean and/or disinfect returned fielded inventory as required per company procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous work experience in an inventory fulfillment position desired.
  • Excellent planning and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize and multi-task with little supervision.
  • Ability to articulate clearly, professional oral and written communication skills.
