Commercial Insurance Client Support Specialist

Your Role in Our Success
We are pleased to offer a full-time position for a Customer Service Representative, filled with opportunities to make a significant impact on our operations. In this role, you will provide essential office support for our commercial lines insurance sales and service.
- Evaluate all requests for quotes to assess eligibility and interest.
- Facilitate policy modifications.
- Issue certificates of insurance.
- Address customer inquiries regarding our products and services.
- Review policies and binders issued by insurance carriers for accuracy.
- Assist account managers throughout the sales and service process.
- Generate management reports for the Agency Vice President.
- Provide administrative support to the Agency Vice President.
Success in this role requires a Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License in good standing and a minimum of two years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in commercial lines. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
