Role Overview: As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in establishing and nurturing relationships with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting and purchasing musical instruments, ensuring a seamless sales experience from start to finish.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or Business, coupled with a strong knowledge of musical instruments and/or relevant playing experience. A minimum of a high school diploma is required. Previous experience in retail or outside sales is highly advantageous, with a preference for expertise in guitars and drums.
