Job Summary

As a Registered Dietitian with Pacific Medical Centers, you will play a vital role in facilitating quality nutritional therapy, education, and consultation to our patients, staff, and community. Your expertise will help develop programs around specific medical services to support patient education and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nutritional therapy programs for patients with various medical conditions.
  • Provide education and consultation to patients, staff, and community on nutrition and health.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans that incorporate nutritional therapy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in nutrition and dietetics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Foods and Nutrition.
  • Completion of an American Dietetic Association-approved dietetic education program and internship.
  • National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Washington Dietitian Certification within 6 months of hire.
  • 2 years of full-time experience as a Registered Dietitian within the past four years.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Nutrition or related field.
