Overview

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is a leading provider of clinical nutritional services in the long-term care market. We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD, RDN) to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing clinical nutrition expertise to patients and families in care communities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical nutrition assessments and documentation in an efficient manner.
  • Assess potential nutritional risks and implement appropriate medical nutrition therapy interventions.
  • Provide nutritional counseling and education for patients and families.
  • Collaborate with the dining department to ensure nutrition plans are executed effectively.

Qualifications

  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
  • Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
