We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at FCH Enterprises. As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent the brand values of FCH Enterprises, including commitment, humbleness, integrity, passion, and support.
- Be of service to guests and provide a satisfactory experience by suggesting selling, completing transactions, and fulfilling orders.
- Maintain a satisfactory work environment and company culture by bringing your passion and excitement to every working shift, participating in employee surveys and programs, sharing your experience and knowledge in team huddles, and taking initiative by participating in learning opportunities.

Our training program includes video modules, hands-on coaching, and evaluation after completion of the instructional period. We also offer annual evaluations and opportunities for advancement to trainer team members, management, and other store locations or departments.
