Server Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Server Assistant to join our team at The Fish Hopper Seafood and Steakhouse in Kona, HI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and reset tables between seatings
  • Check floors and clean as required
  • Communicate with servers and hostesses to ensure efficient seating and customer service
  • Respond promptly to guest requests

Requirements:

  • Food Handler Card and Negative TB Test Required by State Law
  • No previous restaurant experience required
  • Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
