Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers
  • Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs
  • Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and facilitate information sharing
  • Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles
  • Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow efficiency
  • Understand and elicit functional and non-functional requirements
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira
  • Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria using industry-standard methodologies
  • Skilled in creating complex workflows and diagrams
  • Strong SQL and database knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
