We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at TriOptus LLC. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing customer business needs and participating in the planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements, needs, and objectives. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to identify and document detailed business requirements.
- Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive requirement documents, including business process diagrams, use cases, user stories, and data flow diagrams.
- Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication and understanding.
- Requirements Management: Prioritize and manage competing requirements from different stakeholders.
- Solution Evaluation and Validation: Work closely with QA testers to validate that the developed solution meets the specified requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in project environments.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in requirement elicitation and documentation techniques, familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Please note that the selected candidate will be expected to start their engagement no later than 2 weeks (10 business days) from the client's selection date. The assignment is contingent upon customer renewal and availability of adequate funding.
