Job Overview

ES Foundry Corp is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team in Greenwood, South Carolina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of skilled operators to meet departmental output, quality, and cycle time targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a production team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Communicate and collaborate with management, planning, and engineering teams to resolve daily production issues.
  • Create and maintain a safe and harmonious working environment that fosters teamwork, commitment, and ownership among team members.
  • Develop and implement a culture of learning and sharing of best-known methods to simplify procedures and process flows.
  • Lead and motivate subordinates to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant company policies and regulations.
  • Internalize and implement a positive work culture to maintain high standards of housekeeping and machine maintenance.
  • Handle grievances, complaints, and employee problems through effective counseling.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement in process simplification, labor productivity, and cost reduction.
  • Ensure conformance to quality system requirements.
  • Manage inventory control to meet departmental budget and investigate causes of over-usage.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 3 or more years of experience in PCBA manufacturing industry.
  • Able to work with little or no direct supervision.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
  • Show leadership qualities and good team player skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and computer literacy.
  • Possess effective decision-making skills and think logically.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and ability to work flexible shifts.
