  • Promote coordination between program work-streams to ensure alignment and awareness
  • Partner with impacted product and process owners to inform program delivery and objectives
  • Cultivate and maintain internal networks of subject matter experts
  • Align with transformation teams in other regions or disciplines

  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of business stakeholder requirements and organizational context
  • Leverage excellent organizational skills to establish and manage well-structured transformation teams
