Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in our organization, serving as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, managing job postings, and coordinating applicant schedules. We are a dynamic and engaging office seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. Your daily responsibilities will include screening candidates for our staffing consultants, analyzing job platform performance, and assisting with social media content as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee applicant engagement on various job boards.
- Support the HR and Operations team in crafting and disseminating job advertisements and social media content.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain an updated office board displaying current job openings.
- Conduct pre-screening and arrange initial interviews for candidates.
- Repost job advertisements through our internal Applicant Tracking System.
- Manage filing tasks and documentation.
- Update the company website as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong passion for and experience in customer service.
- Proven clerical skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Creative writing proficiency.
Work Schedule: Standard hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Compensation: $18-$20 per hour, based on office productivity.
We provide employees with weekly paychecks via direct deposit, and upon eligibility, we offer health insurance, accrued paid sick time, and a retirement savings option.
