- Complete intake processes, including verifying patient information and preparing patients for healthcare visits.
- Document vital signs and populate electronic medical records accurately and timely.
- Assist with point-of-care tests and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and responding to patient inquiries.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Graduate of an accredited healthcare program, such as Medical Assistant, CNA, LPN, or EMT.
- Nationally recognized certifications, such as CMA, preferred.
- Strong computer skills and experience with EMR systems.
- 1-3 years of experience in a medical setting, preferably in family or pediatrics.
