Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services to residents.

Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current Registered Nurse license in Nebraska or a current compact state license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, with geriatric care experience preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments.
  • Ability to demonstrate positive attitude, patience, and emotional maturity to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families, and co-workers.
