Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to assemble, install, and maintain custom machinery and automation systems for our client in the food production industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and build custom machinery and automation systems according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Install mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components and systems.
  • Conduct tests and inspections to ensure proper assembly and functionality of machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues during the assembly process.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machine designs and assembly processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of assembly, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during assembly and installation activities.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Machine Builder or similar role, preferably in the automation or food processing industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
