Job Title: Programming Coordinator MC

The Program Coordinator Memory Care position at Southview Assisted Living is a dynamic role that plays a crucial part in creating and leading engaging programs for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the department in planning, coordinating, and implementing adult-centric activities and events.
  • Develop a monthly program calendar with cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational opportunities.
  • Procure groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct the residents.
  • Influence and encourage residents to participate in activities using positive relationships and personalized interactions.
  • Assist with medical transportation and outings within community guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • A big smile, eagerness to learn, open mind, and desire to create a wonderful lifestyle for our residents.
  • Previous relevant experience as a Programming Coordinator (Activities) preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Internet resources and current technology.
  • Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
  • At least 21 years of age with 3 years of driving experience.
