About the Job
This Injury Prevention Safe Kids Program Coordinator role oversees the coordination and implementation of an injury prevention program at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least three years of registered nurse experience, along with necessary certifications. The coordinator will develop training for staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and participate in program evaluation.

Responsibilities
• Facilitate the development, implementation, and evaluation of program services and initiatives.
• Plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate appropriate patient care.
• Maintain program documentation and review to support regulatory and compliance regulations.
• Assist with determining appropriate training for staff and developing learning programs.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years' registered nurse experience.
• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) certification required within 90 days of employment.
• State-specific RN licensure (Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin).
