Job Title: Packaging R&D Development Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Packaging R&D Development Intern to join our team at Post Consumer Brands. As a Packaging R&D Development Intern, you will assist in the development and management of products for our company.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the identification of new opportunities for product packaging development and commercialization.
  • Collaborate with business and technical peers on assigned projects, as well as external partners and resources.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze plant or lab trials to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Review and approve technical specifications, and coordinate packaging timelines to meet company milestones.
  • Prepare and present results of technical reports to business teams, both written and oral.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree in Packaging Science or equivalent Engineering discipline.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a high level of competence in computer applications and the ability to use technology as a decision-support tool.
