Patient Care Coordinator: Join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator at Roswell Park Cancer Institute and play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care and support. In this role, you will work closely with our Chemo-Infusion team to provide exceptional patient experiences and deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care and services, including scheduling appointments and communicating with patients and families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Provide educational programs and support to patients and families on treatment options and symptom management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institute policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and equivalent of one year of full-time oncology experience
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New York State
  • BLS certification and Chemotherapy certification required

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $90,849 - 107,192 annually
