Position Overview:

As a Processing Pre-Roll Technician, your primary responsibility will be to accurately measure cannabis materials, shape pre-rolls, and ensure the excellence of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to uphold productivity, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure cleanliness.
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of cannabis products, including brands and regulatory guidelines.
  • Engage in manufacturing tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to quality control measures to ensure compliance.
  • Keep manufacturing and facility areas clean and organized.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment in accordance with company procedures.
  • Represent the company’s culture and values to customers and the community.

Work Environment:

This position requires full-time availability, including weekends. Schedules may vary weekly, and open availability is essential. Employees will work four 8-hour shifts.

Work will be conducted in areas where chemicals may pose risks to individuals with respiratory conditions. Employees are expected to work in a controlled warehouse environment and must wear appropriate clothing. Compliance with GMP and quality standards regarding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hair nets, respirators, and lab coats is mandatory.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a resident of Arizona, at least 21 years old, and free of felony convictions.
  • Must comply with all relevant state, federal, and internal regulations pertaining to the cannabis industry.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior experience in trimming or cultivation is preferred.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods is necessary.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Must show compassion for the Medical Marijuana community.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Must have open availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
