Position Summary:

As a Processing Pre-Roll Technician, your primary responsibilities will include accurately measuring cannabis materials, shaping pre-rolls, and ensuring the highest quality standards for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to uphold productivity, product quality, and cleanliness.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of cannabis products, brands, and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute manufacturing tasks as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness in manufacturing and facility areas.
  • Sanitize equipment and tools according to company standards.
  • Exemplify company culture and values to customers and the community.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time role requiring weekend availability. The work schedule may vary weekly, and open availability is essential. Employees will work four 8-hour shifts.

Workers will be in environments where certain chemicals may pose risks to individuals with respiratory conditions. Employees must dress appropriately for a controlled warehouse setting and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality standards, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hair nets, respirators, and lab coats as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a resident of Arizona with no felony convictions and at least 21 years of age.
  • Compliance with all relevant state, federal, and internal regulations for the cannabis industry is required.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is necessary.
  • Previous experience in trimming or cultivation is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Compassion for the Medical Marijuana community is important.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Must have OPEN availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
