- Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Prepare payroll information, including tax withholdings and deductions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Generate financial reports for management review (e.g., income statements, balance sheets).
- Manage petty cash effectively.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to guarantee accurate financial data.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar position.
- Proficiency in accounting software (knowledge of Karmak Fusion is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) is essential.
