Job Summary

M1 Support Services is seeking a highly skilled Business Manager Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with timecard review and resolve employee timecard issues.
  • Prepare accounts payable invoice packages, including account coding and documentation, to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable files to support audit trails.
  • Coordinate with vendors to obtain necessary documentation and certifications for vendor setup in our accounting system.
  • Work with procurement personnel to resolve account coding issues and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Review open purchase order status and follow up with procurement personnel or vendors to manage open commitments.
  • Support the preparation of customer invoices and track follow-up activities to collect billed accounts receivable.
  • Assist with the month-end closing process, including preparation of revenue and cost accrual schedules.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree desired.
  • Minimum of five years related experience and/or training required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and desktop computers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well with people of different personalities and work styles.
  • Must speak, read, write, and express thoughts clearly in oral and written English.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Current valid US Driver's license required.
