The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in social services, business, or a related field, and three or more years of experience supporting high-level executives or administrators, preferably in a not-for-profit setting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the President/CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support the Board of Trustees by scheduling and organizing monthly meetings, producing meeting agendas and minutes, and facilitating communication between the President/CEO and Board members
- Assist with budget preparation, coordinate special events, and complete assigned projects and activities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach, combined with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
